Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee for your products?
- Yes, we offer a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return your harness/leash/collar for a refund or exchange.
- All our products are also guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing and material defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents. If you have any problems, please contact us with your proof of purchase for a replacement or refund.
What are the delivery rates?
We deliver throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your region and package weight.
Quebec🍁: from $8.50-$15 CAD (no tracking, free for orders of $75+)
Rest of Canada 🇨🇦: from $16 CAD (tracking included, free for orders of $75+)
USA 🇺🇸: from $25 CAD (tracking included, free for orders of $100+)

Do you deliver everywhere in Canada and the US?
Absolutely! No matter where you live, we deliver your order anywhere in Canada and the United States. Your package is carefully prepared and shipped quickly so your feline can enjoy their new harness/leash/collar without delay😺
THE ONLY EXCEPTION: We do not deliver to certain territories in Canada: Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.
Delivery takes on average 5-10 business days depending on the region.
How do I know if the harness is right for my cat?
Our harness is designed primarily for small cats, such as Sphynx cats, but it also fits furry cats thanks to its adjustable material. It is suitable for cats with:
- Neck circumference: 18-31 cm
- Chest circumference (just behind the front legs): 28–38 cm
For optimal comfort, make sure the harness is neither too tight nor too loose! 📏😼
